Check Payments
All checks must be made payable to:
4 U Priceless LLC
Returned checks due to insufficient funds (NSF) may be subject to additional fees and may delay project scheduling or completion until payment is received and verified.
Deposit Requirement
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required before:

Any work is scheduled.

Materials are ordered or purchased.

Permits are obtained.
-
Technicians or installers are dispatched to the job site.

Project preparation or mobilization begins.
The deposit secures your place on our schedule and covers administrative costs, project planning, material procurement, labor allocation, and other project-related expenses.
Remaining Balance

The remaining 40% balance is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

For larger projects, progress payments may be required and will be outlined in the contract.

Final payment must be received before warranties become effective.
Late Payments
Any unpaid balance beyond the agreed payment date may be subject to:

Collection costs.

Suspension of warranty coverage until the account is brought current.
Change Orders
Any additional work requested that is not included in the original contract must be approved in writing and may require additional deposits or payment before the work is performed.
Customer Acknowledgment
By signing a proposal, estimate, invoice, or service agreement with 4 U Priceless LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Payment Policy.
